Much more than ping!

I use this to diagnose minor network problems. It will do traceroute and subnet scan as well as ping. You can also telnet to a device.

The omission that loses this a star is the lack of SSL - many devices now dont support insecure telnet connections. Add that and an nslookup function and this would be a great tool for simple network / router problems.
